Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
Telephone Management:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the company.
Visitor Coordination:
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
  • Coordinate with security and facility teams for smooth visitor management.
Administrative Support:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing conference rooms.
  • Perform basic clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Communication and Liaison:
  • Act as a point of contact between departments for administrative tasks.
  • Support internal communication by disseminating notices or updates.
Adherence to Protocols:
  • Comply with safety and confidentiality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all front-office operations.
