Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to be the face of our company. The ideal candidate will handle front desk duties, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized reception area. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company. Distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management. Support office operations as needed, ensuring a seamless workflow.

Requirements:



Female candidates required. Preferring freshers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A customer-focused attitude with attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage.
