Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Assistant & Operations staff at Janani Mithra Group, located in Kochi. The candidate should be able to assist with administrative tasks, manage appointment scheduling, answer and handle phone calls with proper phone etiquette, and demonstrate solid interpersonal skills. The candidate should also manage clerical duties as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating and collaborating with team members, clients, and visitors
• Knowledge of proper phone etiquette for answering and handling phone calls
• Proficient in appointment scheduling for organizing company schedules and calendars
• Administrative assistance skills to assist with a wide range of office tasks
• Clerical skills, such as data entry and document creation/management, are essential
• A positive attitude and reliable work ethics

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Morning shift

Work Location: In person
