About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be a friendly and professional individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role involves a variety of tasks, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner

Answer and direct incoming calls

Manage incoming and outgoing mail

Provide administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Assist with various office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
