We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team at an electronic retail store in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting customers, and handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the shop.
Key Responsibilities :
• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist with general inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the relevant department or staff.
• Handle customer orders, returns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, especially around the front desk area.
• Assist in scheduling appointments or service requests for customers.
• Process cash and card transactions at the point of sale (POS).
• Provide information on product features, promotions, and services to customers.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Skills & Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electronic products is preferred but not required.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
