Job Description

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, providing a welcoming atmosphere and efficiently managing administrative tasks, including assisting in the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Front Desk Management :
• Greet and welcome visitors, students, faculty, and staff.
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to inquiries regarding college services, programs, and events.
• Administrative Support :
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for administrative staff.
• Student Assistance :
• Provide information and support to students regarding class schedules, campus resources, and administrative processes.
• Assist in the distribution of course materials and college documents.
• Event Coordination :
• Support the planning and execution of college events, such as orientations, open houses, and conferences.
• Manage RSVPs and provide logistical support during events.
• Record Keeping and Data Entry :
• Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and student information.
• Update and manage databases with student, faculty, and staff information.
• Communication :
• Distribute memos, announcements, and other communications to the college community.
• Assist with the preparation of newsletters and other informational materials.
• Admissions Assistance :
• Provide prospective students with information about admission requirements and procedures.
• Assist in the collection and processing of admission applications and related documents.
• Schedule and coordinate admission interviews and campus tours.
• Maintain accurate records of prospective student interactions and follow-ups.
• Support admission events such as open houses and informational sessions.
• Other Duties :
• Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned by the Office Manager or Administrative Head.
• Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
