The receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, serving as the face of the company. This role involves greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a professional and friendly manner. The receptionist manages appointment scheduling, maintains office organization, and performs various administrative tasks such as data entry, handling mail, and maintaining office supplies
