Job Summary:
We are looking for a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with the clinic team to provide a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information about services.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
Maintain and update patient records in the system.
Coordinate with the physiotherapy team to ensure timely consultations.
Handle inquiries and provide guidance on physiotherapy treatments and procedures.
Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain financial records.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Assist with administrative tasks and documentation as required.
Key Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role (preferably in healthcare or wellness).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling software.
Ability to multitask and handle patient interactions with empathy and professionalism.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
