We are seeking a professional and organized individual to join Hotel Yogendra as a receptionist. The receptionist will be responsible for creating a positive impression for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will have to have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
• Manage incoming and outgoing mails
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
• Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Requirements:
• 12th Pass.
• At least 1 year of experience into the same field
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
