Role Overview:



The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and callers to Ducat Faridabad. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner. The role demands a warm, approachable personality with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Front Desk Management:

Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly, professional manner. Ensure a welcoming environment for all.

Call Handling:

Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to appropriate departments, and take accurate messages when necessary.

Appointment Scheduling:

Manage appointments for staff and clients, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely reminders.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to staff and departments as needed (e.g., filing, data entry, office supplies management).

Client Interaction:

Assist clients with inquiries, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and provide accurate information about our services.

Office Coordination:

Ensure the reception area and office are tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.

Mail Handling:

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail. Assist with outgoing mail and couriers.

Record Keeping:

Maintain and update guest and visitor logs, ensuring accurate records are kept.

Support the HR Department:

Assist with employee onboarding, greeting new hires, and supporting HR in administrative tasks related to recruitment.

Requirements:



Experience:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
