Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management:
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally and courteously.
• Manage the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Communication Handling:
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain records of appointments and meetings.
• Assist in handling correspondence, emails, and couriers.
• Coordinate with different departments for seamless operations.
• Visitor Management:
• Register and guide visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Maintain a log of visitors for security and reference purposes.
• Other Duties:
• Perform basic clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
• Support HR or administration teams with additional tasks as needed.
Key Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and handling office equipment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
