Job Description

• Greeting visitors : Welcoming visitors and clients, and verifying their identification
• Managing communications : Answering phones, taking messages, and handling queries and complaints
• Scheduling meetings : Managing meeting room availability, and scheduling meetings
• Handling mail : Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching mail
• Managing events : Coordinating internal and external events
• Managing office inventory : Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furniture
• Performing clerical tasks : Performing basic clerical tasks such as keyboarding, filing, and operating standard office machines
• Maintaining calendars : Maintaining calendars
• Providing directions : Giving clients directions to various parts of the office
• Dealing with emergencies : Dealing with emergencies in a timely and effective manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,284.68 - ?15,000.00 per month
