• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars.
• Assist with filing, documentation, and data entry tasks.
• Visitor Coordination:
• Register and guide visitors, ensuring compliance with company security protocols.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness.
• Mail and Courier Management:
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Key Requirements:
• Educational Qualification:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [preferred language(s)].
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
