Job Summary:
The receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks. The role is vital in creating a positive first impression for clients and ensuring efficient communication across the office.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of visitors, calls, and correspondence.
• Address client or visitor concerns, inquiries, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure all visitors have a positive and professional experience with the company.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience (preferred).
