Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct visitors professionally.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Handle mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
• Perform administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.).
• Maintain a tidy reception area.
Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and office equipment.
