Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Ensure a welcoming and professional environment at the office reception.
Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the office.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and other requirements.
Manage and oversee the ground staff, including housekeeping, office assistants, and support staff.
Assign daily tasks and monitor their performance to ensure smooth office operations.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and other events for senior management.
Maintain and organize physical and digital records, including employee attendance, asset inventory, and administrative documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including ticket booking, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and operational.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in office management, team handling, or similar roles, experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
