Job Description

• Greeting visitors : Welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly manner, and directing them to the correct person or office
• Answering calls : Answering and forwarding phone calls to the correct department, and taking messages
• Managing mail : Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail
• Maintaining office supplies : Taking inventory of supplies and restocking as needed
• Scheduling meetings : Scheduling meetings for employees, and managing meeting room availability
• Maintaining records : Keeping detailed records of visitor requests, calls, and office expenses
• Performing clerical tasks : Faxing, photocopying, transcribing, and filing
• Handling security : Managing badges, collecting them, and checking them as needed
• Providing customer service : Responding to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
• Supporting colleagues : Assisting colleagues, and providing additional support to sales agents and CSR's

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
