• Greeting visitors : Welcoming visitors and directing them to the correct person or office
• Answering phones : Answering and directing phone calls to the correct department
• Managing appointments : Scheduling meetings and appointments for employees
• Handling mail : Receiving and distributing mail and packages
• Maintaining office supplies : Taking inventory of supplies and restocking as needed
• Performing clerical tasks : Filing, copying, printing, faxing, and transcribing
• Providing information : Answering questions about the company, products, and services
• Processing bills : Preparing bills and taking payments
• Maintaining records : Keeping detailed records of visitor requests and calls received
Receptionist should have good communication skills, with 2 to 3 years of experience. Candidate should be well organized, and be proficient with office equipment and Microsoft Office. He / She should also have a professional attitude and appearance.
