• Manage front office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of guests and visitors.
• Handle guest relations, providing exceptional customer service to address their needs and inquiries.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and enhance overall efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, both physical and digital.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and responding to emails.
• Oversee travel desk functions, including booking travel arrangements and coordinating itineraries.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• 1-5 years of experience in receptionist or front office roles.
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security protocols.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle diverse personalities effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer software applications for record-keeping and administrative tasks.
