We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Phone Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff as needed.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Client Relations: Address inquiries and provide information about our services and offerings.
• Mail Management: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Visitor Coordination: Ensure visitors sign in and comply with security protocols.
• Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. (FRESHERS can also apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
