Job Description

1. Front Desk Operations:

- Greet patients and visitors courteously.

- Register patients, collect necessary information, and maintain accurate records.

- Coordinate appointments and manage the scheduling system efficiently.

2. Communication:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and handle inquiries or transfer calls to the appropriate department.

- Respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner.

- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff members.

3. Patient Support:

- Provide assistance and information to patients regarding hospital services, procedures, and policies.

- Ensure patient comfort while waiting for appointments.

- Direct patients to the relevant departments or personnel as needed.

4. Administrative Support:

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization at the reception area.

- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.

5. Compliance and Confidentiality:

- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including maintaining patient confidentiality.

- Follow protocols for handling sensitive information and medical records.

- Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
