Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and career-oriented Receptionist ( Female ) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling a variety of administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities :
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
Manage and distribute mail and packages
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scanning documents
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
3+ years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software programs
Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Career-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and grow with the company
