• Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management:
• Relay messages and information accurately and promptly.
• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Customer Service:
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
• Respond to inquiries about services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist clients with basic information about their insurance plans and claims processes.
• Appointment Scheduling:
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients with TPA staff.
• Maintain and update the appointment calendar.
• Administrative Support:
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, forms, and correspondence.
• Support the claims processing team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
