• Good with verbal and communication skills with basic computer and tally work.

• Can attend patient relative primary, make appointment, communication and answering calls.
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, manage inquiries, and take messages as needed.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting processes.
• Provide information about services and answer client queries.
• Assist clients with billing inquiries and payment processing.
