Job Title : Receptionist
Qualification : Bachelor's / Master's
Experience : Minimum 1years
Salary : 12,000/- to 18,000/-
Location : Hopes, Coimbatore.

Responsibilities

• Greeting Visitors : Welcoming visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive at the office or organization.
• Answering Phone Calls : Handling incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate person or department, taking messages, and providing basic information as needed.
• Managing Correspondence : Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages, as well as handling outgoing mail and packages.
• Scheduling Appointments : Booking appointments and meetings, managing calendars for executives or staff members, and notifying them of appointments or cancellations.
• Maintaining the Reception Area : Keeping the reception area tidy and organized, ensuring it presents a professional image of the organization.
• Providing Information : Offering information about the organization, its services, and its products to visitors and callers.
• Handling Inquiries : Responding to inquiries from visitors, clients, and employees, or directing them to the appropriate person or department for assistance.
• Assisting with Administrative Tasks : Providing administrative support such as typing, photocopying, and filing documents as needed.
• Monitoring Security : Monitoring access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the facility, and following security protocols.
• Handling Emergencies : Acting as a point of contact during emergencies, following established procedures for evacuation or other safety protocols.
• Operating Office Equipment : Operating and maintaining office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and fax machines.
• Maintaining Records : Keeping accurate records of visitors, appointments, and other relevant information.
• Assisting with Special Projects : Assisting with special projects or tasks as assigned by management.
• Customer Service : Providing excellent customer service to all visitors and callers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift

Experience:
