Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
• Manage scheduling and appointments using booking software.
• Maintain and organize office files and records.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the front office.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Basic knowledge of booking software.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
