We are looking for a professional and friendly

Receptionist

to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff professionally. Answer and route phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide relevant information. Maintain records, appointments, and schedules efficiently. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services. Assist in administrative tasks and support other departments as needed. Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times. Coordinate with management for smooth office operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Education:

Any graduate or relevant qualification.

Experience:

0-2 years in a similar role (freshers can apply).

Skills:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tasks. Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
