Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and highly organized Experienced Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The receptionist will manage a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, clients, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a courteous and timely manner.
• Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain the front desk area in a neat and professional manner.
• Provide general administrative support to staff and management as required.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
• Ensure the safety and security of the premises by following check-in protocols for visitors and contractors.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding the organization's services, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and guests.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of office equipment such as phone systems, printers, and copiers.
• Basic knowledge of office management procedures and scheduling systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with customer service or client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with office management software (e.g., CRM, booking systems).
• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
