Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management and Visitor Assistance
• Greet, welcome, and direct visitors with a friendly and professional attitude, creating a positive first impression.
• Ensure visitors feel comfortable and are informed of any wait times or necessary protocols.
• Visitor and Personnel Coordination
• Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals promptly, helping maintain smooth visitor flow.
• Maintain a detailed visitor log and manage visitor badges to ensure security and access control.
• Material Records and Documentation
• Accurately record and track inbound and outbound materials, coordinating with internal departments for proper documentation and handling.
• Oversee courier services, including receiving and dispatching packages, and maintain tracking records for materials.
• Inbound of Materials and maintaining database
• Work closely with the inventory Team to ensure the proper maintenance of data.
• Well equipped with ERP softwares like Odoo, SAP or equivalent

• Reception Area Management and Compliance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional reception area by adhering to company rules and safety standards.
• Conduct regular checks of the reception and waiting areas, ensuring they are well-organized, stocked, and presentable at all times.
• Administrative and Office Support
• Assist in general administrative duties, including answering calls, handling inquiries, forwarding messages, and scheduling appointments.
• Support the office management team with filing, data entry, document preparation, and responding to emails as needed.
• Manage inventory for office supplies, ordering when necessary to ensure the front desk and other office areas are adequately stocked.
• Customer Service and Communication
• Serve as a liaison between visitors, clients, and internal teams, fostering a customer-focused approach to interactions.
• Handle customer queries effectively, whether in-person, by phone, or via email, ensuring follow-up and appropriate responses are provided in a timely manner.
• Event and Meeting Support
• Assist with coordinating meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are prepared for meetings and presentations.
• Help organize and facilitate company events, welcoming participants and managing any visitor requirements.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Office Administration or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),/ G-suits with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
