Salary Package: ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month

Inaya Couture is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. If you have good communication skills, a presentable appearance, and basic computer knowledge, this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
• Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct customers to the appropriate staff members.
• Assist with customer service and provide information about products and services.
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and any other administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Handle basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing emails.
• Assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the store.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Presentable appearance with excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, email, etc.).
• Good customer service skills and ability to interact with clients politely and professionally.
• Candidates based in or near Pitampura, Delhi, are highly preferred.
