Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients at our center. As the face of APRC Healthcare, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for our patients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome patients with a positive and caring attitude.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
• Handle patient inquiries, calls, and emails professionally.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and inviting.
• Coordinate with healthcare staff to streamline patient flow and scheduling.
• Assist in administrative tasks, including filing and record-keeping.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in office administration preferred).
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally in healthcare.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
