Job Overview:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients, visitors, and staff. A candidate should be presentable and enthusiastic . And, most importantly should have good communication skills and should have problem solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
• Handle general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Customer Service:
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Assist with visitor sign-in and security procedures.
• Provide support to the HR department, including onboarding new employees.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Qualifications:
• High-School or Graduate can apply.
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Customer service attitude.
