Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and presentable Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should be proficient in administrative tasks, capable of handling office logistics, possess strong communication skills, and have experience with data management using Microsoft Excel.
Job Responsibilities:
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Maintains security and telecommunications system.
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
• Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer s instructions for house phone and console operation.
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings.
• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
