We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Telecaller. The ideal candidate will handle front office reception duties and outbound/inbound calls with efficiency and a customer-centric approach.
Reception Duties:
• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and courier services.
• Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings.
• Address visitor and client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Telecalling Duties:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients/customers to promote services or products.
• Handle inbound calls, addressing queries and providing relevant information.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a database of calls and responses.
• Handle customer complaints and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Achieve set targets for calls and conversions.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
