Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our team. This dual-role position requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle both front desk responsibilities and telecalling tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring excellent service and communication at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receptionist Duties:
• Greet visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, transferring them to the appropriate person or department.
• Handle inquiries from clients, customers, and visitors, ensuring accurate information is provided.
• Maintain and manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings for staff members.
• Assist in receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
• Ensure that office supplies and materials are well-stocked and order new supplies as needed.
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed (e.g., filing, scanning, data entry).
2. Telecaller Duties:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers, introducing services and products.
• Handle inbound calls, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing product or service information.
• Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and build strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and appointments in the CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets, as assigned by the manager.
• Address customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Keep customers informed about new products, promotions, and company updates.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales or service teams.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction levels by providing timely and effective resolutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a receptionist, telecaller, or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle a multi-line phone system and work with basic office equipment (printers, fax, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous experience with CRM software (optional but preferred).
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
