We are seeking a versatile and efficient FEMALE CANDIDATE to fill the role of Receptionist cum Tele caller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations while also handling telephonic inquiries and assisting with administrative tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Telephonic Communication:
• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization's products or services.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, confirm appointments, or conduct surveys.
• Maintain a log of calls and update customer information in the database.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and assistance.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and appointments.
• Generate reports as required by management.
• Assist in analyzing data to improve service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or administrative capacity.
• Excellent ENGLISH, KANNADA, HINDI communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using office equipment such as telephones, fax machines, and photocopiers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office suite, email, etc.).
• Pleasant and professional demeanor with a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
