Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and friendly Reception Cum Tele caller to join our team at Lume Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd., a leading solar EPC company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a vital role in managing communication

Responsibilities:

• Making calls to potential customers
• Explaining company services
• Maintaining daily call records
• Ability to develop maintain positive working relationship with client.
• Follow up with incoming leads.
• Submitting daily progress reports
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting our solar solutions and services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and assess client interest.
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments, and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a reception or telecalling role preferred, ideally in the renewable energy sector.
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati
