Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors and students in a professional manner.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them to appropriate staff.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
• Conduct outbound calls to potential students to provide information about courses and answer queries.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication regarding enrollments.
• Maintain records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or training institute.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
