Responsibilities:
• Answering and forwarding phone calls.
• Manage walk-ins Includes greeting guests, handling company inquiries.
• Greet visitors providing a friendly, courteous front office service reflecting the office image.
• Perform tele calling activities to support marketing and sales efforts.
• Maintain accurate records and update databases.
• Assist in various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Presentable, smart and strong communication skills.
• Proven experience as Receptionist.
• Knowledge of Office Management and Book Keeping.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
