Receptionist cum office coordinator

for a very renowned brand and the company leaders in herbals and Ayurveda since 2008.

Below are some of the responsibilities a receptionist is expected to assume in their position:

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements and skills:



Proven Receptionist Experience of 1-2 Years Should have good customer handling and interpersonal Skills.

Job Location:

Gurugram

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday (10AM to 7PM)
