Job Summary:
The Receptionist cum Office Attendant is responsible for providing administrative support, managing the front desk, and maintaining the office environment. This role requires attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
1. Greet Visitors: Welcome visitors, clients, and employees, and direct them to the relevant personnel.
2. Answer Calls: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.
3. Manage Mail: Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and courier services.
Office Attendant Duties:
1. Maintain Office Environment: Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including the reception area, meeting rooms, and employee workspaces.
2. Provide Administrative Support: Assist employees with administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and binding documents.
3. Manage Office Supplies: Order and maintain office supplies, including stationery, printer toners, and cleaning materials.
4. Perform Errands: Run errands, such as picking up documents, dropping off packages, and performing other tasks as required.
5.Bill Entries: Making all types of bill entries like store purchase bill entry, Petrol Expenses Entry and others
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Any Graduate Female
2. Experience: Fresher-1 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
4. Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages an asset.
2. Technical Skills: Experience with office equipment, such as photocopiers and printers.
