Duties

• Greeting visitors: Welcoming guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Managing phone calls: Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls.
• Message taking: Accurately taking and delivering messages.
• Mail handling: Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Office maintenance: Ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy.
• Scheduling appointments: Coordinating meetings and appointments.
• Providing information: Answering general inquiries about the company.
• Data entry: Inputting data into computer systems.
• File management: Organizing and maintaining office files.
• Office supplies: Ordering and managing office supplies.
• General administrative tasks: Assisting with various office tasks as needed.
• Email management: Handling incoming and outgoing emails.
• Basic accounting: Assisting with invoicing or other financial tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
