Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients, providing a warm and professional first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and follow-ups.
• Handle phone inquiries, emails, and patient records with confidentiality.
• Coordinate billing and payment processes accurately.
• Ensure the reception and clinic areas are clean and well-organized.
• Perform basic cosmetic tasks under supervision, such as skin prep and assisting in treatments.
• Provide information on services and products to patients.
• Support clinic operations by managing supplies and administrative tasks.
