We are looking for a receptionist cum Front office Executive for our office at Ballygunge Phari. Looking for female candidate only.
:
1. Meet and Greet guests, clients, and visitors entering the office.
2. Manage calls and route them to the proper extension or take and deliver messages.
3. To handling peon, maintain register record
4. Maintain the stock and daily consumption report in excel.
5. To book flight, train ticket, hotel.
6. To Handling mobile recharge, wifi etc.
7. Check email and response the email as per the requirement.
Administration experience: 1 Year
Required Candidate Profile:
1. Any graduate with excellent communication skills.
2. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
