• Must be proficient in handling customer issues faced and coordinating with internal team to solve such queries
• Proficient in handling customer queries and concern
• Provide feedback to the Team Leader.
• Preparing inbound and outbound call reports
• Escalating customer complaints to the right level
• Responsible for effectively handle the existing customer inquiries and develop new business by marking leads and informing sales team
• Attend walk-in customers and solve their queries
• Drive cross-sell of other financial products to existing customers.
• Ensure customer callings as per CRM leads and update in system
• Take feedback from existing customers and obtain references to increase customer base .
• Ensure strong follow up for collection of small dues from customers
• Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team and at the same time looking after the reception as to dispatch the daily correspondence, allow and greet the visitors.

• Must be proficient in handling customer issue.
• Must be proficient in English, Hindi and Bengali
• Must have customer centric approach.
• Liaison & communicate with existing customer regarding the service issue or any other concern related to the product.
• Proficient in handling customer queries and concern.
• Helped customers in clearing their queries through call and email.
• Self-motivated and target oriented
• Knowledge of financial services industry
