Must be proficient in handling customer issues faced and coordinating with internal team to solve such queries
Proficient in handling customer queries and concern
Provide feedback to the Team Leader.
Preparing inbound and outbound call reports
Escalating customer complaints to the right level
Responsible for effectively handle the existing customer inquiries and develop new business by marking leads and informing sales team
Attend walk-in customers and solve their queries
Drive cross-sell of other financial products to existing customers.
Ensure customer callings as per CRM leads and update in system
Take feedback from existing customers and obtain references to increase customer base .
Ensure strong follow up for collection of small dues from customers
Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team and at the same time looking after the reception as to dispatch the daily correspondence, allow and greet the visitors.

Must be proficient in handling customer issue.
