Designation: Receptionist cum Admin (Real Estate)
Salary: Upto 15k
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Role and responsibility:
• Greeting visitors: Welcoming visitors to the front desk, directing them, and announcing them.
• Handling calls: Answering and forwarding incoming calls.
• Scheduling: Scheduling meetings and appointments, and managing the office agenda.
• Managing mail: Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Ordering supplies: Managing office supplies, such as stationery, name cards, and bottled water.
• Preparing reports: Preparing reports and sending them to accounts for payment.
• Maintaining office services: Monitoring the maintenance contract and coordinating repairs.
• Providing customer service: Handling customer inquiries and providing basic information.
• Assisting with HR: Preparing and issuing HR-related items for new joiners.
• Maintaining office security: Following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
