  • Greeting and Assisting Patients: Hospital receptionists warmly greet patients and visitors, providing them with information and directions to different departments, clinics, or patient rooms.
  • Should be coordinate with medical staff, ensuring that appointments are scheduled efficiently and accurately.
  • Should help patients check-in and complete necessary paperwork, such as registration forms or consent documents.
  • Appointment Scheduling, Receptionists manage, patient appointments, either in person or over the phone
  • Phone and Email Management.
  • Medical Records Management.
  • responsible for scheduling appointments, Billing, Processing insurance and cashless payments, insurance verification, answering hospital calls and queries, getting patient feedback and follow-up, patient counselling, and record keeping
