Key Responsibilities :
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings as required.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, email management, and document handling.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services.
• Ensure visitor logs and security protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications and Skills :
• Gender Requirement : Female candidates only.
• Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in [Insert Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Punjabi].
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Polite, professional, and presentable.
