The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Provide accurate information to patients and visitors both in person and via phone/email.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
• Manage patient registration and update records accurately.
• Collect and process payments for diagnostic services.
• Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle inquiries and provide information regarding the center's services.
• Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Qualifications:
• Qualifications in Office Administration or Healthcare Administration are a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with medical office management systems
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service orientation and the ability to handle sensitive information confidently
